Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Unperformed Procedure: If the scheduled hair transplant procedure cannot be performed due to reasons beyond your control, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the procedure.
- Inaccurate Hotel Booking: If the hotel booking does not match the confirmed details provided at the time of reservation, we will refund the difference or the full amount paid for the accommodation, depending on the extent of the discrepancy.
- Unavailable Transfers or Concierge Service: If the airport transfer or concierge service is not available as promised, we will refund the portion of the payment corresponding to the missing service.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, you must:
- Notify us in writing within 7 days of the issue occurring, providing a detailed explanation and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, confirmation emails, or receipts).

Once we receive your request, we will review the details and respond within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within an additional 10 business days.

- Failure to meet travel requirements, such as obtaining valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
